Government Funded Hours

We accept Tax Free Childcare and Funded Hours. Funded hours are subject to a monthly ‘Magic Bean’ contribution and ‘Bean Team’ contribution - these are both optional but help keep Beansprouts open. See our Funded Hours page for our policy and more information.

Meals

Your child’s food for the day is included in the costs of your fees or ‘Magic Bean’ contribution if you pay with funded hours.

Monthly Fee Payment

Paid in advance on the last Friday of the month by standing order or direct debit.

Rooting Fee

£100 per child. This is to factor in administrative time and settling in that goes into your sprout starting with us. This is refundable off your first months fees.

Sick Days/Holidays

You are contracted to your set hours/days and are liable for the full amount each month regardless of sick days or if you take your child out of nursery.

Beansprouts Closures

Beansprouts does not close for Summer Holidays or Half Terms.

Beansprouts does close for Bank Holidays and Team Days across the year.

We will close from the 24th of December 2026 until Tuesday 5th January 2027 over the festive season.

Adhoc Days

We offer adhoc days to our families on a booking system, these days are available if other families have booked time off. If you book an adhoc day it is priced at the above fees and you are able to use your Tax Free Childcare for payment. If you do not use the adhoc day after booking you are still liable for payment.

Joining Process

1. Fill in interest registration form and receive information pack

2. Come and visit Beansprouts on one of our planned open days

3. Beansprouts sends offer, joining form and invoice for registration fee

4. Joining meeting

5. Offer is confirmed, registration fee paid and settling-in sessions are booked

6. Pay fees and book in home visit

7. Start settling-in sessions and become part of the bean family
